Stand up Paddle boarding has its roots in Hawaii and only in recent years has it been paired with yoga. SUP yoga is a great way to challenge your core strength and enhance your practice. The sounds of the water, the movement of the board, and the warm sun hitting your body only adds to the peaceful, serene and spiritual experience that yoga offers. This class includes sun salutations on the beach and then we head onto the water to do our yoga practice on the boards.
Our yoga instructor is experienced and will offer different variations of each pose. We want you to go at your own pace. Whether you are looking for a relaxing meditation or a challenging workout, we will make sure you come off the water feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to start your day! No previous SUP experience required.
We will do a short land tutorial on SUP mounting, safety, and paddling before heading into the water. Our hope is that you have a calming and spiritual experience on the water and come off feeling refreshed and alive!
There is a minimum requirement of 4 guests per session.
If we do not have enough people signed up the class will be cancelled.

If the weather is unsuitable for SUP yoga the session will be cancelled.
